We collaborate with the owner’s architect and design team to manage the entire construction process from start to finish. From contract signing through final cleaning, we make this process seamless for all parties involved.

  • Develop and manage adherence to a comprehensive overall construction schedule
  • Coordinate and oversee all daily subcontractor and vendor activity, with close attention to manpower, productivity, and adherence to latest plans and specs
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety programs
  • Provide client with online portal to access project documents
  • Weekly field meetings with subcontractors, and trades
  • Weekly client and design team meetings to report on job progress and hold all stakeholders accountable for tasks, RFI responses, and approvals
  • Document control and record-keeping
  • Efficient shop-drawing and submission processing
  • Up-to-date communication of design changes and RFIs
  • Cost accounting and control. Weekly reports sent to clients
  • Equipment and systems start-up/commissioning; end-user training
  • In-house expediting services

  • Punch list and financial Project Close-Out
