She then moved to a boutique investment firm in Boston MA to guide and support a team of advisors for 1 year to fully learn the industry and test out her process for client base growth. In 1996, Jennifer joined Smith Barney as the 1st woman rookie in Boston MA and grew one of the first fee-based business in the Boston office to $22 million AUM by the age of 26.
